In front of the house there is a large stone paved courtyard with a raised flower border, stone table and seating area, and a stone built BBQ building. There is a loggia to the side of the house overlooking the valley and garden which provides a fabulous place to eat meals or just to enjoy the fabulous vistas.

At the rear of the house overlooking the valley is a loggia (or cloister), that runs the full length of the back of the house. This provides another sheltered area for when the sun is too hot to sit out in. Next to this loggia is a large paved patio area with raised flower beds and a gravelled garden area.

The lands slope down to the house, with a flat plain in front of the house (where the paved courtyard is). The three hectares of land are made up of woodland, parkland planted with ornamental trees; and fields containing an orchard and vegetable garden.
